Vacancy for Site Safety Officer in the construction industry in Lagos
Core Responsibilities:

• To report directly to, and advise the management team on all aspects of health and safety

• To support the various departments with training, risk assessments and safe systems of work

• Working to the current policies and procedures on site

• Carrying out accident investigations and compiling monthly statistical reports

• Liaising with the enforcement authorities, as required

• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring involvement of the management team
The successful candidate will have:

• Ideally HSE Certificate

• 2-5 years experience working on building construction sites

• Relevant degree from a reputable university

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel Knowledge of

• Verbal & written communication skills

• Professional personal presentation

• Organisation and planning

• Attention to detail
